How can I redeem my credits?Updated a year ago

1. Log In to Your Account:

• Go to Cozy Earth's website. 
• Click on the account icon that is located at the top right corner of the homepage.
• Enter your email and password to access your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking "Create account"

2. Check Your Credits Balance:

• Once logged in, your credit balance will be located in the "My Rewards" section.

3. Redeem Credits:

• In the "My Rewards" section, click on "Spend Your Credit" 

• Enter in the credit amount you want to redeem and click "Redeem"

• Copy the discount code that generates. example: REDEEM+baf42f74950727r5

4. Browse Products:

• Shop as you normally would by adding desired items to your cart.

5. Apply Credits at Checkout:

• When you are ready to check out, proceed to the checkout page.
• During the checkout process, there will be an option to apply your credits to your purchase. 
• Past the discount code you generated earlier into the discount code box and click "Apply"
• The total cost of your purchase should update to reflect the applied credits.
